Digital Refections (Digital Copy) WestThis solo combines rudimental percussion with electronic accompaniment to create an exciting, challenging, and rewarding experience for performer and audience alike. Written for a standard set of marching "quints", this up tempo (mm=160) solo utilizes contemporary tenor drum playing techniques to make a recital piece for the advanced high school or college level student. Many intricate rhythms and "split" patterns must be carefully coordinated with

rhythmic precision and phrasing

Utilizing 8 to 9 players this composition provides accented quarter notes and  rhythmic eight note patterns within the battery and the accessory parts
