This spirited concoction is crafted from fresh sugarcane juice, wild fermented and distilled in pot stills. And let's not forget about the name Ipe is a special Brazilian wood often used for aging cachaa. In this case, the spirit has spent at least 1 year in large vats made of Ipe wood.
