Nomade - Cabernet Franc 2021 (750ml) SouthThe aromas open with French plum, cherry, and Mexican chocolate while notes of clove, nutmeg and white flower are interlaced with the fruit. The wine is smooth and almost delicate on entry with nicely integrated tannins that have a subtle grip. Concentrated red fruits, strawberry rhubarb and dark chocolate are present leading to graphite and lavender on the finish.

- Maturing on the fine lees for another 2 to 3 months

Gentle aromas of chamomile

but only with great reluctance

Serving temperature: Definitely cool around 10-12 °

The wines launched in 2004

When fermentation was finished the wines were transferred to 9 year old French oak barrels for 10 months
