Chamaecyparis obtusa 'Tempelhof' Web SpecialsOne of the larger growing Hinoki cypress originating in the Netherelands in the 1960's. Registered by the American Conifer Society fro L. Konijn & Company's Tempelhof Nursery, Boskoop. The tree has the traditional 'Hinoki' look with attractive, fan shaped dark green foliage. The form can vary from broad and squat to pyramidal, with some achieved with some annual pruning. This one will be 6 8 ft tall in 10 years, with a width the same or narrower.
