This release embraces the re use of natural materials in its packaging, creating beauty from resources at the end of their natural lives. To mark this deep connection with the land, discarded meadow cuttings

it has Dewar’s legendary smooth character

and the Madeira casks impart an added richness and complexity to the fruit notes with a roundness from their maturity

It is bottled at 80 proof

aged in American White Oak deep char barrels and finished with toasted Aspen Staves

The Vaults shows the impact of rare and fragile finishing wood on older bourbons

MASHBILL:  95% Rye  5% Malted Rye
