Montesecondo - Tïn Bianco 2018 (750ml) Chablis 1er Cru 'Montee de Tonnerre'Named after the Arabic word for clay, its 100% Trebbiano, historic glorious Tuscan variety too often vilified by conventional vinifications, from biodynamic grapes on clay limestone soils. Its fermented in Spanish amphoras with a skin contact of about 6 months and emerges deeply soulful, elegant yet rustic orange wine. Dried hay, chamomile, smoked pineapple and buckwheat with sage and thyme.
