This showy perennial thrives in sun or part shade, including under oaks. Growing 12" to 14" tall, it has bright pink flowers on upright stems and blooms March May. Glossy green leaves set off the blooms. Goes well with blue eyed grass, Douglas iris and peppermint candy flower.
