Hourai Lady Killer Junmai Sake (720 ml) country_IsraelWatanabe Sake Brewery is located in central Japan in a beautiful small town called Hida Furukawa, located in Gifu Prefrecture. Beautiful label designed by Shuzo head, Watanabe san. "Junmai" indicates that the Sake is brewed with only rice, water, yeast, and koji. It is brewed with rice milled down to 50% of its original size, with no added distilled aclohol. It comes in 720mL and 180mL bottle sizes. This award winning Sake is soft and fruity yet dry

Palate: Honey like sweetness

and the result is a rum that is smooth and bright with a nose of tropical fruits and butterscotch flavors

Time of agave maturation: 8 & 12 years
