The cover plate is also slightly more 'relic'd' than we usually allow for a brand new guitar

Some slight wear

This one is old stock but in excellent condition

You cannot 'feel' the blemish it is purely a color tone difference

This does not effect intonation or playability

It plays wonderfully and sounds just like the others

This one has a minor fretboard flaw we see sometimes with the synthetic rosewood replacement (international CITES treaty in 2018 outlawed rosewood import/export) where the grain has what looks like a hairline crack but is just part of it from day 1

We tried to buff it out but it appears to be underneath the finish and must have been part of the binding

this does not affect the action or intonation since the bridge realigns all of the strings
