and to get the maximum flavour out of this Gin they recommend Mediterranean Tonic with a slice of Apple to Garnish

The result is a Rhum which has a Juicy Refreshing Sweet Fruit forward body with notes of Pineapple and Peaches with an underlying Syrup texture with a Spicy Peppercorn finish

bursting full of Zesty Sweet Pineapple notes with underlying Honey and Oak with hints of Cocoa playing their part before more Pineapple goodness to finish
