Dell Vineyards, Clidda Gawr Vintage:2025Clidda Gawr is a local legend, a giant who was said to live nearby a Dell's vineyard, in his fortress upon Clytha Hill. A blend of aromatic white varietals with elderflower, passion fruit and yeasty characters. Col Fondo (Italian for with the bottom) is a traditional style of sparkling wine thats bottled without disgorgement. Dell Vineyards also lease an established 20 year old vineyard nearby which is located close to the hamlet of Pen Y Clawdd.
