The grapes undergo a short maceration

meticulous & thoughtful pruning and strong focus on soil health that the duo have been able to harvest beautiful fruit and achieve healthy fermentations in 2024

then a splash of Sumoll is added to give the wine its copper-tinged pink appearance

meaning a white wine made with 100% red grapes

it is big on the red fruits - fresh cherries as well as that soapy

with a nicely upfront

Fermented and aged on the lees in stainless steel – this is a squeaky clean

struck-match reduction that coils off and melds into the electric acids

light enough to serve with a bit of a chill

which seems to intwine with the herbal

it is a wine of celebration that brings to mind sunshine and the potential of long al fresco lunches
