Mezcal Alipus San Baltazar (750 ml) Stella RosaAgave Espadin is used to make Alipus San Baltazar. This Mezcal is fermented in very old pine vats by Don Cosme Hernandez and his son Cirilo. Their Mezcals have a soft, fruity taste with a hint of minerality. San Baltazar is the most popular Alips in Mexico (by sales), so it may be more restricted outside of the country.
