John Ridgway Gilt Tea Cup & Saucer c.1850 Antique 19thc Porcelain #5/3472 GlassAntique cup and saucer by Ridgway in foliage shape with lobe edged burgundy colour and 22kt gold gilt embellishment. The body has raised acanthus leaf molded form. Patten is marked underside 5 3472. Made in 1850 55 Condition; Inspection found the set has no chips cracks crazing or restoration. There is minor gilt wear to cup rim. Measures ; Cup 3 & 1 2" or 9cm diameter and the 2 & 1 8" 5. 5cm height The saucer is 5 & 1 2" or cm diameter. Bio; John
