I wanted to make a pen that did both. The Original Flourish straight pen is machined from Solid Aluminium using lathes conventionally used to make watch parts (the long lasting bit, no plastic here). They have a silky matte black finish which sings quality and craft it not only looks beautiful but is designed to be the best
